The Problem

Support teams are getting squeezed from three directions.

Admin work eats the calendar. Capacity caps the number of entrepreneurs a team can really serve. And support drops off the moment a session ends — so progress between touchpoints stalls.

01Problem
Send 14 reminder emails
Update 3 entrepreneur profiles
Schedule next week's office hours
Write notes for Cohort 11 session
Reply to intake form #38

Heavy administrative burden

Intake forms, scheduling, follow-ups, reminders, note-taking, status updates, reporting. The work surrounding support eats more hours than support itself.

02Problem
C1 coach · 14 founders

Limited team capacity

One coach can only support a few dozen founders well — and your most experienced ones carry the heaviest load. When they retire, move on, or burn out, the institutional knowledge they built up walks out with them.

03Problem
3 weeks silencefounder drifts

Fragmented continuity

Workshop → silence → session → silence. Founders lose momentum between touchpoints. Context lives in heads, inboxes, and a half-dozen tools.

The value

The capacity of a full support team — without the overhead for one.

Most support orgs can't afford to staff every role it takes to support entrepreneurs well. Ena OS gives your team that capacity — handling the always-on, repetitive, and behind-the-scenes work so your people focus on the relationships only they can build.

Ena OS doesn't replace your team — it gives them the capacity of a fully staffed one. Your people do the human work; Ena handles the rest.

Illustrative U.S. market ranges based on recent salary and consulting benchmarks. Ena OS expands capacity, automates intake and recordkeeping, provides 24/7 support, and surfaces insight — without adding headcount.

Built by an ecosystem builder

I built this because I lived it.

For 15+ years I led entrepreneurship support programs — coached founders, ran cohorts, managed teams of advisors. The same three problems kept showing up. Clients would go quiet, and the next time I heard from them, their situation would have taken a turn for the worse. My best coaches were burning out — not from the work, from the documentation around it. And outside of generic CRM reports, I never had a way to see what was actually happening across our client base that I could act on.

Ena OS is what I wish I'd had. So I built it.

Hi Marisol — quick check-in before your strategy session with Dana on Thursday. How did the customer interviews go this week?
Two of five booked. The other three keep ghosting after I send the calendar link.
That's a common pattern at this stage. A few things that have helped other founders in your cohort:
  • Send a 1-line voice note before the link
  • Offer two specific times, not a Calendly
  • Lead with what they'll get, not what you need
Want me to draft your next outreach so Dana can review it Thursday?

Client Concierge

A guide, not a replacement.

A branded, always-on AI agent that sustains entrepreneur momentum between coaching sessions. Founders talk with it directly — voice or chat — and it loops in your coaches when judgment is needed.

Intake & onboarding
Conduct entrepreneur intake, gather business context, and surface the right next step.
Coaching grounded in your curriculum
The Concierge delivers business advice rooted in your organization's frameworks, methodology, and curriculum — the same approach your coaches use. Founders get answers grounded in your IP, not generic business advice.
Scheduling & coordination
Book sessions with coaches, send reminders, and close the loop on follow-ups.
Resource navigation
Recommend programs, partner resources, and referrals based on real entrepreneur context.
Program applications & event registration
Founders apply for programs and register for events without leaving the conversation. Submissions land in your admin view, ready to review.
Voice + chat, async-first
Founders move on their own time — a voice note at 9pm gets an answer in seconds, not the next morning. No more silence between touchpoints.

Client Intelligence

The memory your organization deserves.

Every conversation, coach note, and meeting becomes durable, searchable context — and the patterns your team needs to coach better. Every coach, whether a year in or twenty, walks into a session with the same depth to draw on. Nobody asks the entrepreneur the same question twice.

Ask Ena · Staff Panel

What if your team could ask the org itself a question?

Coaches, program managers, and leadership ask Ena in plain language — for a briefing before a session, for how to support a specific founder, or for the patterns across the whole cohort. A coach in their first year can ask the same kinds of questions a twenty-year veteran would, and draw on the same accumulated wisdom the org has built up.

  • Brief me before my session with this founder.
  • How should I support this entrepreneur right now?
  • What blockers are recurring this cohort?
  • What workshop would help the most people right now?

Ask Ena is built for organizational intelligence augmentation. Access is permissioned by role and team — leaders see what they need to lead, coaches see the founders they support, and entrepreneur context stays in the hands you choose.

YouWhat patterns are we seeing across Cohort 11 founders this month?
e

Across 14 active founders, three themes are surfacing:

01
Cold outreach response rates
Most are sending generic calendar links. Worth a quick workshop.
6 of 14
02
Pricing confidence
Coach notes suggest founders pricing 30–40% under comps.
5 of 14
03
Founder isolation
Mentioned in concierge chats, not coaching sessions.
4 of 14
Suggested intervention. Add a 45-min "cold outreach teardown" to next week's office hours. Three founders are ready with real examples.
Sources of context

Three streams. One organizational memory.

Ena OS synthesizes entrepreneur context from the places it's already being created — without making your team do data entry.

Concierge interactions

Human coach notes

Coaches write notes once, in their own words. Ena reconciles them with the rest of the context — no double-entry.

Note

Marisol is more confident on product than I'd expected. The block is sales — she keeps reframing it as a "process problem" when it sounds like a courage problem. Next session: roleplay a discovery call.

03

Web conferences

Ena can join coaching calls and strategy sessions. It takes notes, captures action items, and surfaces themes — quietly.

Continuous support

Support doesn't stop the moment the session ends. Neither do entrepreneurs' questions.

Ena OS keeps the thread between every touchpoint — so the founder who wakes up at 6am with a question, the coach who needs to prep at 4pm, and the program director reviewing the cohort on Friday all see the same picture.

Asynchronous support

Founders move on their schedule. Voice and chat that don't sleep — even when your team does.

Coordinated handoffs

Context follows the founder across coaches, mentors, programs, and referrals. No re-introductions.

Sustained momentum

Less drop-off between cohort milestones. More founders reach the outcomes your programs are designed for.
