The operating system for entrepreneurship support organizations

Your founders get support around the clock. Your team gets their capacity back.

Ena OS answers your founders’ questions, connects them to the right programs and partners, books their coaching sessions, writes the session notes, manages follow-up, keeps your CRM current, and assembles your funder reports, so your people spend their time coaching, not coordinating.

  • Built by a practitioner who ran ESO programs for 15+ years
  • White-labeled — your founders see your brand, not ours

The problem

You already know how this week goes.

Every support team we know is fighting the same three battles — and none of them are about the quality of the coaching.

01

The admin never ends

Intake forms, reminders, scheduling, session notes, status updates, reports. Your team spends more hours on the work around support than on support itself.

02

Your best people are maxed out

One coach can only carry so many founders well. And when a great coach leaves, everything they knew about their founders walks out the door with them.

03

Founders go quiet between touchpoints

Workshop, then silence. Session, then silence. By the time you hear something went wrong, it's been wrong for weeks.

The value

Your team’s hours, returned to what matters most.

Most support teams lose the majority of their week to the work around the work. Ena OS takes the always-on, repetitive, behind-the-scenes load so your people spend their hours on the one thing software can’t do: the relationship.

Intake, scheduling, and follow-up handled

The Concierge runs intake, books sessions on real calendars, sends the reminders, and answers the between-session questions that used to pile up in someone's inbox.

Referrals and navigation run themselves

Founders ask, Ena OS routes — the right program, event, or partner at the right moment, never one that's expired. Warm intros go out with your team in the loop, and every referral is tracked — not just logged.

Notes and summaries write themselves

Sessions are transcribed and turned into summaries, action items, and updated founder profiles automatically. Coaches walk out of a meeting done, not facing an hour of documentation.

Your CRM stays current — automatically

Meeting summaries, intros, and client activity flow into the system you already report from — live sync for Salesforce and HubSpot, plus email logging for Neoserra and SourceLink.

Quiet founders hear from you first

Automated campaigns notice who's gone inactive and reach out with an email written for that one founder, from their real situation — inviting them back to a session, a program, or a conversation. Guardrails keep it from ever feeling like spam.

Reporting assembled on demand

Usage, referrals, outcomes, and topics roll into live dashboards and plain-language answers. The board report that used to take two weeks becomes a question you ask Ena OS.

The tool stack shrinks too. Meeting recording and transcription (Otter, Granola), scheduling links (Calendly), and client email campaigns and broadcasts are built into Ena OS — one platform, one login, one subscription.
The math

The capacity of a full support team — without the overhead for one.

Resource and capacity constraints keep many ESOs from staffing every role that strong founder support requires. With Ena OS, you don’t have to.

$415K–$615K a year with fringe benefits — plus hourly advisors and language premiums

For most organizations, Ena OS delivers that support in 32 languages for about 4–6% of that cost. And not by replacing anyone — Ena OS carries the work around your people, so the team you already have goes further. The coaching, the judgment, and the relationships stay human.

Illustrative U.S. market ranges based on recent salary and consulting benchmarks; total includes an illustrative 30% fringe-benefit rate on salaried roles and assumes two staff business advisors. Ena OS expands capacity, automates intake and recordkeeping, provides 24/7 support, and surfaces insight — without adding headcount.

How it works

Founders get a concierge. Your team gets admin support and an organizational brain.

Two sides of one system, feeding one shared memory. Everything a founder does on their side shows up as context, notes, and insight on yours.

Ask Ena

A thought partner for your whole program.

Ask Ena isn’t a search box over your notes. It’s a thinking partner grounded in everything your program has actually done — coaches use it to walk into sessions ready, directors use it to make program decisions with evidence instead of anecdotes, and when a funder calls for numbers, the answer takes a question, not a week.

  • Coach prepWhat should I focus on with Marcus Jones in tomorrow's session?
  • Cohort patternsWhat blockers keep coming up across this cohort?
  • Program designBased on what founders actually need, what programming should we scale — and what should we rethink?
  • Funder numbersHow many active founders, sessions, and referrals did we log last quarter?

Across 14 active founders, three themes are surfacing:

01
Cold outreach response rates
Most are sending generic calendar links. Worth a quick workshop.
6 of 14
02
Pricing confidence
Coach notes suggest founders pricing 30–40% under comps.
5 of 14
03
Founder isolation
Mentioned in concierge chats, not coaching sessions.

Suggested intervention. Add a 45-min "cold outreach teardown" to next week's office hours. Three founders are ready with real examples.
The Founding Partner Program

The platform is live. The partnership is what’s early.

We’re selecting a small cohort of founding partner organizations for 2026 — teams that want a real hand in shaping what this platform becomes. Not a beta, and not a favor to us: an exchange.

What you get
  • A roadmap your program actually shapes — founding partners set build priorities
  • A direct line to the founding team, not a support queue
  • Founding-partner pricing, locked in as the platform grows
  • White-glove onboarding and a phased rollout, cohort by cohort
What we ask
  • Real usage — run it with an actual cohort or program, not a pilot on paper
  • Honest feedback, including the uncomfortable kind
  • A case study when the results earn one

nextONE founders get a branded concierge for intake, scheduling, and between-session questions — any hour, voice or chat. Coaches walk out of sessions with the notes, action items, and follow-ups already handled. And program staff watch engagement, referrals, and progress roll up in real time instead of assembling it by hand.

What that looks like in practice
  • A founder drafted a full grant application with the Concierge — narrative, history, character limits — and submitted it on deadline.
  • Coaching sessions turn into action items automatically, from financial scorecards to delegation plans, without the coach writing a word.
  • In the 4 weeks between monthly in-person class sessions, founders kept working with Ena OS — on growth plans, cash flow, pricing, and brand positioning.
  • Staff use Ask Ena for booking status, a brief before each session, and the monthly impact report — a question now, not a project.

And you don’t have to take our word for any of it: your demo is the live product, not a slide deck — intake, booking, session notes, and reporting, end to end.

Built by an ecosystem builder

I built this because I lived it.

For 15+ years I led entrepreneurship support programs — coached founders, ran cohorts, managed teams of advisors. The same three problems kept showing up. Clients would go quiet, and the next time I heard from them, their situation would have taken a turn for the worse. My best coaches were burning out — not from the work, from the documentation around it. And outside of generic CRM reports, I never had a way to see what was actually happening across our client base that I could act on.

Ena OS is what I wish I'd had. So I built it.

Who it's for

Built with — and for — entrepreneurship support teams.

If your organization guides entrepreneurs through a journey, Ena OS makes that journey continuous.

Getting started

Starting small is the whole point.

You shouldn’t have to bet your organization on new software. So the first step is deliberately small, fast, and reversible.

Start with one cohort

Pick a single program or cohort and roll out there first. Expand when the results earn it — not because a contract says so.

Live in weeks, not quarters

A short configuration sprint — your brand, your voice, your intake, your programs — then a phased rollout. Most organizations see real continuity within the first 30 days.

Your data stays yours

Everything is scoped to your organization, permissions are role-based, and every record — clients, bookings, referrals, notes — exports to CSV in one click, any time.
