Founder support programs built for the age of AI.

The fundamentals still matter: growth planning, pricing, cash flow, leadership. What’s changed is how a business gets there. Our programs keep the foundations and build AI into the path to every goal. Each one comes delivered by our facilitators and coaches, under your organization’s brand.

What founders work on

  • Growth planning and goal setting
  • Pricing and cash flow
  • Brand and market positioning
  • Financial scorecards
  • Delegation, so the business depends less on the founder
  • Grant and funding applications

Each partner runs it under its own program name and brand. Length and cadence adjust to the partner’s funding cycle.

Leadership Development

For founders who have started building a team. Hiring, delegating, giving feedback, and building a culture people want to stay in, grounded in organizational psychology.

Includes a module on leading a hybrid workforce of people and AI agents.

AI Building

For founders who want to build their own tools. Plan, prompt, and ship simple software and automations with AI, with no technical background required.

Taught by people who made the same move from non-technical to building.

A curriculum is only as good as what happens between classes.

That’s why our programs come delivered, as an add-on to Managed Operations. The classes, the coaching, and the platform are designed to work together.

Facilitated by our team

The people who designed the program run the classes. No train-the-trainer gap.

Coached between classes

Our coaches meet one-on-one with founders to turn each class into work on their own business.

Support between classes

Founders can reach out any hour through the AI concierge, for clarification on course content, connection to your organization's curated resources and partners, or specific questions about their business. Coaches see every conversation.

Already have a curriculum you love? Managed Operations runs the program you already have, and you can add our coaches.

See Managed Operations

Designed by someone who has spent 15 years building programs like this.

Dr. Jason William Johnson designs every Ena program. He has spent more than 15 years designing and leading entrepreneur support programs, and has trained more than 10,000 entrepreneurs along the way. He holds a PhD in organizational leadership and a master’s in industrial-organizational psychology.

He also made the move your founders are about to make, from non-technical to building with AI. The curriculum teaches from both: the science of how people and organizations grow, and the lived experience of putting AI to work.

Curriculum questions.

Not today. Our programs are delivered as an add-on to Managed Operations, because the facilitation, the coaching, and the support between classes are designed to work together. If you already have a curriculum you love, Managed Operations runs the program you already have, and you can add our coaches.

Yes. The standard format runs about six months, with one 6-hour class a month and coaching in between. We can adjust the length and the cadence to fit your funding cycle. The curriculum stays the same, because it has been tested in the room.

No. We run our own programs, so every cohort gets a curriculum that has already been tested with founders. If you have a curriculum of your own, Managed Operations runs it for you.

Through the AI concierge, at any hour. Founders can ask for clarification on course content, get connected to your organization's curated resources and partners, or bring specific questions about their business. It works from the program's own material, in your organization's name, so the help matches what they learned in the room. Coaches can see every conversation.

Both are in development now. Tell us you're interested and we'll bring you into the first cohorts, with a hand in shaping them.

Bring a program to your founders, under your name.

A 30-minute conversation with the founder, not a sales team. Tell us who you serve and what they need next, and we'll show you how the program would run.
