Coaching

Experienced coaches, added when you need more capacity.

Add coaches from the Ena network to any program running on Managed Operations + Intelligence. They’ve built, run, and advised businesses, and they work under your program’s name. We recruit, schedule, and pay them. You get the coaching without managing a roster.

Coaching capacity, without the coordination.

Recruiting, contracting, scheduling, and paying coaches is its own job. With coaching added to Managed Operations + Intelligence, it’s ours.

Practitioners, not theorists.

Coaches who've built, run, and advised businesses, so founders get advice from people who've done it.

Matched to your founders.

By need, industry, business stage, and language, using what we already know about each founder from intake and their profile.

Sessions that run themselves.

Virtual sessions, booked on the coach's live calendar and prepped with the founder's living profile, then recorded, summarized, and logged to your CRM automatically. Our coaches never have to log into your CRM, and your team never has to chase their notes.

No roster to manage.

We recruit, schedule, and pay the coaches. You get session packages, with hours reported as they're used.

How we choose our coaches.

Your founders get your program’s name on every session, so we hold coaches to the standard you would.

  1. 01

    Real-world experience

Every coach has built, run, or advised businesses. We look at what they've done, who they've coached, and where they're strongest.

  2. 02

    A scenario interview

We give each coach a real founder situation and ask how they'd run the first session. It shows how they coach better than any résumé.

  3. 03

    Ongoing review

Every session is summarized, so we can see what each coach covers and whether founders follow through on their next steps.

Your coaches, ours, or both.

Keep your own

Your coaches and volunteers get the same booking, session prep, notes, and CRM entry. Nothing about how they coach has to change.

Add ours

Bring in our coaches for more capacity, a specialty your team doesn't cover, or founders who need a coach in their language.

Coaching questions.

Yes. Coaching is an add-on, so every session gets booked, prepped, recorded, and logged the same way as the rest of your program. That's what keeps coaching from becoming another thing your team has to track.

In session packages, priced separately from Managed Operations, only if you add them. We'll scope it with you on the first call, based on how many founders you serve and how often they meet.

By each founder's needs, industry, business stage, and language. We already know a lot about each founder from intake and their living profile, so matches start from real information, not a guess.

Virtual. Founders meet their coach from wherever they are, which makes it easier to match the right coach to each founder, and every session is recorded and logged automatically.

Yours. Coaches work under your program's name, and founders see your brand, not ours.

Yes. They get the same booking, session prep, notes, and CRM entry as our coaches. Many programs mix their own coaches with ours.

For coaches

Coach founders. Skip the admin.

We’re building a network of experienced coaches who’ve built, run, or advised businesses. You coach. We handle the booking, prep, notes, follow-up, and paperwork.

Need more coaching capacity? Let's talk.

A 30-minute conversation with the founder, not a sales team. Tell us who you serve and where your coaching runs short, and we'll show you how we'd fill it.
